At Serah’s Boutique, each Jalabiya is specially tailored upon order, combining elegance, comfort, and personal attention. Please take a moment to review our ordering and return process.
🧵 How to Place an Order

Browse our collection and select your preferred Jalabiya design.

Choose from available standard sizes or provide your custom measurements.

Place your order through the website.

After your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp.

We will share the available fabric options for your selected design.

Once you confirm the fabric, tailoring will begin.

Your custom-tailored Jalabiya will be ready and dispatched within 7 working days.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is tailored to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.

You may request a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong item (design, size, or confirmed fabric).

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

The sizing differs significantly from the size you confirmed with us.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after tailoring has started.

Incorrect size provided by the customer (if not custom-measured).

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return or exchange. -

If your return is approved, Serah’s Boutique will cover the cost of re-shipping the correct or replacement item.
