Order & Returns Policy

At Serah’s Boutique, each Jalabiya is specially tailored upon order, combining elegance, comfort, and personal attention. Please take a moment to review our ordering and return process.

🧵 How to Place an Order

  • Browse our collection and select your preferred Jalabiya design.

  • Choose from available standard sizes or provide your custom measurements.

  • Place your order through the website.

  • After your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp.

  • We will share the available fabric options for your selected design.

  • Once you confirm the fabric, tailoring will begin.

  • Your custom-tailored Jalabiya will be ready and dispatched within 7 working days.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • As each piece is tailored to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.

  • You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item (design, size, or confirmed fabric).

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The sizing differs significantly from the size you confirmed with us.

  • We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after tailoring has started.

  • Incorrect size provided by the customer (if not custom-measured).

  • Request Period:
    You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.

  • How to Request a Return: Send a message on WhatsApp to +971 56 701 9893 or email serahsboutique.ae@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the issue

  • A brief explanation

  • Our team will guide you through the review and return process.​​

🚚 Shipping Responsibility​

  • If your return is approved, Serah’s Boutique will cover the cost of re-shipping the correct or replacement item.

  • Return shipping costs (for items that don’t meet the return criteria) are the responsibility of the customer.
