REFUND POLICY

At Serah’s Boutique, every Jalabiya is made-to-order, tailored with precision, and crafted with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy designed to ensure clarity and protect both you and our business.

1. Made-to-Order Notice

All our Jalabiyas are custom-tailored based on confirmed design, fabric, and size. Once production begins, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, fabric preferences, or incorrect size selection made by the customer.

2. When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are only issued under the following specific conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered (design, size, or fabric differs from confirmation).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • An error was made from our side during the tailoring process.

If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after tailoring has started

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (if not custom measured)

  • Slight color differences due to screen/display variation

  • Delays caused by shipping providers or customs processes

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The item must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

5. Refunds for International Orders

For international orders, please note:

  • We do not refund international shipping fees.

  • Any additional charges from your local customs or banking institutions are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us via:

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.
