Shipping Policy – The Basics

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle domestic and international shipping, delivery timelines, costs, and procedures in the event of delays or exceptions.

1. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted local UAE shipping companies for all deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. For international orders, we collaborate with reliable global logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Within UAE:
    Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days after tailoring is completed and fabric confirmation is received.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery to international destinations takes approximately 15 to 20 working days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary slightly due to public holidays or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UAE Orders:
    Shipping within the UAE may be included in your total at checkout or confirmed during WhatsApp follow-up.

  • International Orders:
    Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated before dispatch. Any additional customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after fabric selection and payment confirmation (except for UAE Cash on Delivery).

  • All orders are custom-tailored, and processing time includes tailoring, quality check, and packing — typically 7 working days.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues or Delays

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please reach out to us at serahsboutique.ae@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +971 56 701 9893. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or missed delivery attempts:

  • UAE customers will be contacted for a second attempt.

  • International customers are responsible for any re-delivery charges.

8. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Serah’s Boutique are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
