Welcome to Serah’s Boutique. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website or engaging in any purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Serah’s Boutique is a registered business in the United Arab Emirates, operating under a valid Trade License issued by Sharjah Media City (Shams).

1. General Overview

This website is operated by Serah’s Boutique. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Serah’s Boutique. These Terms govern your use of the website, your purchase of any product or service, and your engagement with our customer care.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Ordering Process

  • Customers may browse and select Jalabiya designs from our online collection.

  • After selecting the design and size (standard or custom), the order can be placed.

  • Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm fabric availability and final details before tailoring begins.

  • Tailoring starts only after the fabric is confirmed.

  • Once tailoring begins, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or changed.
     

3. Tailoring & Delivery Timelines

  • Each Jalabiya is made to order and tailored upon confirmation.

  • UAE Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from fabric confirmation.

  • International Delivery: Orders may take 15–20 working days, depending on destination and logistics.
     

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to approval.
 

Returns/Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The item delivered is incorrect (design, fabric, or size mismatch based on confirmation).

  • The item is received damaged or with a confirmed defect.

  • The tailoring does not match the confirmed size or measurements.
     

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The customer has a change of mind.

  • Incorrect size was selected by the customer.

  • Fabric or design variations occur due to natural lighting, screen resolution, or minor tailoring variations.
     

Return Procedure:

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +971 56 701 9893 or email at serahsboutique.ae@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, issue details, and supporting photos.

  • Our team will assess and respond with next steps.
     

5. Payment Terms

  • UAE Orders: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (bank transfers or secure payment links).

  • International Orders: Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or provided payment gateway.

  • Tailoring will commence only after payment confirmation (unless UAE COD is selected).
     

6. Product Information & Accuracy

  • We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, sizing, and fabric visuals.

  • Due to differences in screen settings, fabric textures, and photography, minor color or design variations may occur.

  • All garments are handcrafted, and slight variations are natural and part of the design integrity.
     

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to fulfill your order, communicate with you, or improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to product images, designs, logos, branding, text, and website visuals, are the exclusive property of Serah’s Boutique. Reproduction, copying, or use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

Serah’s Boutique shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs, logistics issues, or force majeure events.

  • Product misuse or damage caused after delivery.

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.
     

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.

Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
